However you choose to support the Hampshire Medical Fund, you will know exactly where the funds are going. You will be actively helping your Hampshire NHS doctors, nurses and therapists to treat their patients in the most efficient and effective way, using leading medical technology.
Gift Aid is a tax relief for UK charities, allowing them to reclaim an extra 25% in tax on every eligible donation made by a UK taxpayer. If you are willing and able, please fill out and return a Gift Aid form, allowing the Hampshire Medical Fund to claim an extra 25p for every £1 you kindly donate (at no extra cost to you).

Heroes Club Members(PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS) can make one off donations or regular gifts starting from £5.
200 Club Members(PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS) commit to donate £200 a year (or £16.67 per month) to support the Hampshire Medical Fund.
500 Club Members(CORPORATES) commit to donate £500 a year (or £41.67 per month) to support the Hampshire Medical Fund.

We will use your donation or the money you raise to continue helping Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust to maintain their reputation for excellent healthcare.
Our Hampshire Hospital Heroes will receive a car sticker upon sign up, and we will keep you informed of our news, events and appeals throughout the year.

The Hampshire Medical Fund had no significant regular funding of any sort until the 200 Club was set up in 2012. To date, we have over 400 members in our 200 Club and we very much hope that you will decide to join them.
With your support, we can continue to make pioneering medical treatment more widely available to those in your immediate community.
As a 200 Club member, you will be invited to an annual presentation at one of the hospitals, where consultants and medical staff will tell you about the equipment your support has helped to fund, often with demonstrations using simulators and through slide shows and video.
200 Club members receive advance notice of all events, and we will keep you informed of our news and appeals throughout the year.
We acknowledge all our 200 Club members on our website and in our newsletters, unless, of course, a member prefers to remain anonymous.

The 500 Club, following the continued success of our 200 Club, was launched in 2016 so that local businesses were able to support the Hampshire Medical Fund and receive a number of benefits in return, including:
