Our Mission
To help our NHS Trust to provide the best possible treatment for patients in Hampshire by raising funds to buy cutting-edge medical equipment outside the scope of NHS budgets for Andover, Basingstoke and Winchester Hospitals.
How our funds are used
The money we raise is immediately allocated to a particular piece of equipment from the annual ‘wish list’, which is approved by our medical trustees. The minute each item is fully funded, it is purchased. Often within weeks lives across our community are being changed and even saved as a direct result of your donation.
What can I do?
You can become a Friend of the Hampshire Medical Fund. This is a group of people who wish to make a difference in their local hospitals by donating on a regular basis. In the last 8 years, we have purchased over 120 pieces of equipment totalling over £4 million. If you have used Andover, Basingstoke or Winchester Hospitals, the chances are that you have already benefitted from our fundraising.
The Unity Lottery
Support the Hampshire Medical Fund by signing up for our weekly lottery and you could win up to £25,000! We have partnered with Unity, the nation’s charity lottery, to offer you the chance of winning money every week whilst supporting us.
