Funds raised towards this project will buy Vikta KomfiTilt Lateral Tilt Therapy. This item of equipment is fitted under a patient’s existing mattress and gently tilts the user to help relieve pressure points. The equipment aims to help with the healing and prevention of pressure sores. The equipment would enable patients to benefit from this in the comfort of their own home which would in hand, reduce delays to discharge and therefore increase wellbeing.
