Join us for a morning dedicated to feeling your best through perimenopause and beyond, with Dr Mandy Leonhardt, founder of the Hormone Equilibrium Clinic and a specialist in women’s health, nutrition and healthy ageing.

As well as being qualified as a GP, Mandy is a Certified Menopause Specialist, an Advanced Practitioner with the International Society of Gynaecological Endocrinology, a certified Nutritionist, as well as having additional training in nutrigenomics and lifestyle medicine.

She will talk us through the changes that happen and – more importantly – what can be done about them. Expect practical, holistic advice covering HRT, nutrition, skincare and lifestyle approaches, so you can leave with a clearer sense of your own options. There’ll be a Q&A afterwards, so bring your questions.

Set within the stunning surroundings of Barnsgrove Private Members Club, the Fair offers a relaxed and stylish shopping experience—the perfect opportunity to begin, or complete, your Christmas shopping while supporting a local cause.

As an added benefit, 10% of all purchases made at the Fair will be donated directly to Hampshire Medical Fund, helping to fund state-of-the-art equipment for Hampshire hospitals.
