Funds raised towards this project will purchase a venous insufficiency leg and arterial insufficiency leg. This item of equipment is a real representation of a patient’s leg and features a range of conditions associated with arterial and venous insufficiency. It is ideal for regular training sessions delivered on a monthly basis to clinical staff, enabling staff within the department to gain better and more thorough understanding of differing issues affecting the leg, which will in turn benefit hundreds of patients a year.
