EVENT OUTCOME – Good Festival 2022 Raises £40,000 for Specialist Cancer Treatment Equipment!

We recently held our annual Good Festival, generously hosted by Bere Mill Farm, Whitchurch, in order to raise money towards the purchase of an incredible piece of equipment to enable targeted treatment for tumours in patients with lung, liver and kidney cancers.

The weekend kicked off on Saturday 25th June with a fizz, cocktail and canapé reception before a wonderful supper and exciting auction, with a few items being auctioned live on the night by Adrian Hayes – British record-breaking adventurer, author, keynote speaker, leadership and team consultant & coach, documentary presenter and sustainability campaigner!

The following day was our family friendly Good Festival, packed with fun, sun and entertainment, including several musical performances by Raspo Steel Ensemble, Farleigh School Band and Tuba Libres. With food stalls, crafts, flower crown making, clothing, falconry display and dog shows to name but a few stalls and attractions, there really was something for everyone!

We would like to give a big THANK YOU to all of our supporters, sponsors and attendees that helped us raise £40,000, which we will put directly towards the purchase of the CAS-ONE! With only two of these machines currently in the entire UK, it will be a phenomenal piece of equipment for our local Hampshire hospitals.

With thanks to our Sponsors…
